The Las Vegas Raiders have a busy offseason ahead of them, and it's been busy so far. They are absolutely nailing their free agency plan, not overpaying for players to come back, and getting replacements cheaply on good deals.

It's important they get some of these roster needs done in free agency, because it really makes the 2025 NFL Draft easier when it's their turn to pick. The Raiders have addressed a ton of their needs, like the quarterback position, defensive tackle, defensive end, cornerback depth, safety, linebacker, and even guard depth. But, they still have some things they need to work on. Now, they can make a plan easier when the draft gets here.

And even with that, it's only going to get easier than that because they now know exactly how many picks they have in terms of the compensatory picks they have been granted, and where they draft through all seven rounds.

On Tuesday, the NFL released the full draft order, along with every team that was rewarded with a compensatory pick, and what pick it is. In the Raiders' case, they got a few extra picks.

Las Vegas Raiders' 2025 NFL Draft Picks

– Round 1, Pick 6

– Round 2, Pick 37

– Round 3, Pick 68

– Round 4, Pick 108

– Round 5, Pick 143

– Round 6, Pick 180

– Round 6, Pick 213

– Round 6, Pick 215

– Round 7, Pick 222

The Raiders are now in a position to game plan how they want to go about the draft. Of course, so much can change between now and then, especially with the madness we have already seen in free agency. However, this does help a bit. The next few months are going to be crazy regardless. And the Raiders have a lot of work to do if they want to compete with the Kansas City Chiefs, Denver Broncos, and Los Angeles Chargers. So, I suggest everyone buckle up.
