NFL just tried to make up for giving the Las Vegas Raiders just two primetime games in 2024

The Las Vegas Raiders are one of the NFL's greatest producers when you take into account their full history. Not every team in the league has at least three Super Bowl rings, and the Raiders did it during one of the most dominant times ever. Not to mention they have the most iconic head coach and owner of all time, too.
I hate to continue to pile on, but let's also not forget that the Raiders have one of the largest fan bases of any of the four professional American sports, too. So, even during the years that they aren't good, the NFL usually blesses them with around four national TV games.
But this year they decided not to. Last season, with Jimmy Garoppolo being the headliner move for the Raiders, the NFL gave Las Vegas six primetime games. This year – just two, yet they have an opportunity to be a much better team than last season.
However, the NFL just tried to make up for it, but it didn't work. They released the preseason schedule, and the data and times recently, and it appears that every preseason game the Raiders play will be on NFL Network, which is considered a primetime TV game because it's not special to that's teams market. If you have cable and you get that channel, you can watch the game from anywhere.
Now, that is not near the same as primetime games during the season. These preseason games will likely not feature the best players on the team, but instead the guys trying to make the roster. Don't get me wrong, they are important games, but not as many people will watch.
They tried, though, so I guess that counts.
