The Las Vegas Raiders have yet another quarterback situation on their hands. After benching Gardner Minshew, and going to Aidan O'Connell, just for O'Connell to break a finger, Minshew is now out for the season with a collarbone issue.

So, the Raiders will either need a new quarterback, as O'Connell is technically still out. They will either ride with Desmond Ridder, Carter Bradley, or O'Connell against the Kansas City Chiefs. But, if O'Connell can not go, they will need a third QB. And, that could be Daniel Jones, based on some rumors we are hearing.

But, from everything we have heard, it sounds like there is a legit shot that O'Connell could be back on Friday. He's already back at practice on Monday.

"We will see if Aidan is good to go. He's been ramping up. These guys are getting in the building late today. Really won't be able to practice today. Really he needs to be able to grip the ball," head coach Antonio Pierce said when asked what he would need to see from O'Connell this week.

The Chiefs are 10-1 on the year. The last time the Raiders played the Chiefs at home, which was also on a holiday, but Christmas Day, they beat Kansas City. This time, we are talking about possibly the worst team in the league against possibly the best.

It's a divisional rivalry, so don't rule anything out. If O'Connell plays, I'd say the chances of the Raiders winning certainly go up, but not by much.

After this game, the Raiders will play the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Atlanta Falcons, and the New Orleans Saints — all three in the NFC South.
