The Las Vegas Raiders have a tough decision for Thursday Night Football against the Los Angeles Chargers, where we will see Easton Stick instead of Justin Herbert, who is on the injured reserve list.
After the loss to the Minnesota Vikings, Antonio Pierce, the interim head coach, said everything will be evaluated. That means quarterback as well. On Wednesday, Pierce talked to the media before practice and gave them an update on the quarterback situation. Well, kind of.
Pierce started his press conference by stating that he hasn't made a decision yet and still has a "few more hours" to make a decision on whether or not rookie quarterback Aidan O'Connell or veteran Jimmy Garoppolo will start.
"I never said Aidan wasn't the starter, just to be clear," Pierce followed up.
So, we still don't know, but my guess is that we will find out something by the end of Wednesday or Thursday morning.
