Raiders backup given unfair shot at making the roster

The Las Vegas Raiders, like all the other teams, are due to make a change to their roster in a few days. On Tuesday, every team must cut their roster down from 80 to 53 players.
Yes, it seems hard, but it's part of the business of the NFL.
There will be players cut that you may have never heard of. There will be players cut that you have heard of. You will see players get cut by the Raiders, and then get signed to another team. And most of all, you will see some players who probably don't deserve to get cut, but their cards just aren't in their favor.
Brittain Brown is one of those guys
Raiders running back may get cut after a great preseason
The Raiders will be a run-dominant team if Josh McDaniels runs the offense like we think he will. So, we can expect him to use some of the running backs that are on the roster.
One of those guys is Brittain Brown, who has had an amazing preseason. He has looked like the best player for the Raiders at times in the preseason. However, he probably, at least there is a big chance, won't be on the team Tuesday.
The Raiders have three running backs that they already really like, more than they do Brown. Josh Jacobs, Brandon Bolden, Zamir White, and Ameer Abdullah will likely hold the position down.
That leaves Brown on the outside looking in.
Brown didn't play in the first game against the Jaguars, but he did play in the next three.
Against the Vikings, Brown had 14 carries for 54 yards and a touchdown, leading the team in all the rushing categories. Against the Dolphins was his best game, where he ran the ball nine times for 70 yards, including a big 36-yard run in the fourth quarter that sealed the win.
Against the Patriots, he wasn't as good but was still the most productive back on the team. He ran the ball 11 times for 28 yards and a touchdown.
Brown has all the tools to be a great running back. We have seen him rip off big runs throughout training camp and preseason. However, it feels like no matter what he did in preseason he wasn't going to get a spot. Here is why.
Brandon Bolden had been on the Patriots since 2012 with one pit stop in Miami. He was always going to have a roster spot with McDaniels as the head coach.
And Ameer Abdullah, don't even get me started on him. He has not been very good virtually anywhere he has been. Brown can be better than both of the two but never had a fair shot anyways. It's sad.
While it doesn't feel right, I know Brown will have a chance with another team. There are a ton of teams out there that would love to have him as a backup.
