The Las Vegas Raiders are expecting to see a new face when they take the field against the Kansas City Chiefs on Monday, Christmas morning.
Well, kind of new.
Brandon Facyson, a veteran cornerback, was with the Raiders in 2021 and signed with the team this offseason but was placed on IR before Week 1 of the regular season. He sustained a shin injury during the preseason.
Facyson was an addition that was supposed to make a very big difference in the backend of the defense. Now that the defense has become one of the better units in the league, hopefully, he can help elevate them even more.
He will make his season debut against the Chiefs in the hope of helping the team get a playoff berth.
