The Las Vegas Raiders have been aggressive in the season with Champ Kelly as their interim general manager, whether it be for the active roster or the practice squad.

Recently, he went out and signed Marquan McCall, a defensive tackle who played 15 games last season for the Carolina Panthers. In order to make that move, the Raiders had to let go of someone on their practice squad to make room.

Recently, they released Malik Reed, Troy Pride, and rookie Nesta Jade Silvera, who the Raiders drafted in the seventh round.

On Friday, the Raiders brought Silvera back, according to Tashan Reed of The Athletic, as we all expected they would.
