Well, most of it is, so, I take that back. Don't get me wrong, this is still a very bad team, but the injuries, which they can't control, have been absolutely crazy. The last few weeks, whether it be against the Carolina Panthers, Cleveland Browns, Pittsburgh Steelers, or Denver Broncos, have been terrible.
Now, against the Rams, that hasn't changed. In fact, it's gotten even worse.
With Aidan O'Connell getting the start on Saturday, he started the game fine. He wasn't doing anything crazy, but he wasn't turning the ball over. However, he got hit once and had to leave the game.
Minshew came in and immediately had two turnovers, which both led to points and then a false start, which you don't ever see on quarterbacks, that put him further away from scoring a touchdown before the half.
Later, before the half, we found out that O'Connell will be out for some time as he is feared to have a broken thumb.
The Raiders will be in dire need of another QB very soon, whether it be at the deadline, or a waiver wire QB.
