Davante Adams has to be tired of the media asking him this one question every time they see one another. The Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver is constantly in rumors that have him moving on from the team by trade because he doesn't want to be there.
If you have followed this team specifically closely since he has been here, you know that is just not true. The rumor is circulating again for some odd reason, and while it's the media's job to ask him, I'm sure he gets more tired of being asked about it than he does of the rumor itself.
No, he is not unhappy, and he wants to be in Las Vegas as a Raider. It is crazy that it is still being asked when he was a big contributor to getting Antonio Pierce re-hired as the full-time head coach. Adams wants to wear the uniform of the team he grew up watching as a kid in California.
"If I wanted to be gone, I'd be gone by now. … This is where I want to be," Adams said on Sunday at the third annual youth football camp he has hosted in Las Vegas.
The Raiders have the best wide receiver in the league, and if he wanted to go elsewhere, I have a feeling the team wouldn't let him go without a fight. Adams wants to be a Raider.
