Nov 13, 2022; Paradise, Nevada, USA; Las Vegas Raiders tight end Foster Moreau (87) celebrates after scoring a touchdown against the Indianapolis Colts during the first half at Allegiant Stadium.

Former Las Vegas Raiders tight end Foster Moreau has lived through a whirlwind in the last month.

Moreau stepped away from football following his diagnosis of Hodgkin's Lymphoma to get treatment for the disease.

Recently, on Good Morning America, in an interview with Michael Strahan, Moreau gave the world an update on how his treatment is going and how the former tight end is feeling.

"It's at stage 2, so it's spread from the initial location.," Moreau said. "But it appears to be a slow spread, and we should be able to get rid of all of it."

For now, Moreau is focusing on his mindset.

"There's no other way to look at it, right?" Moreau said. "So I'm preparing for my opponent, right? Hodgkin's Lymphoma, chemotherapy, I'm preparing for being on an IV, for six, seven, eight hours. Whatever it takes, right? Because I mean, there's no other option. There's no option.

"You only have a finite amount of time on this Earth. For me, I'm gonna make it count. And right now, making it count is whuppin' up on cancer's butt."

Moreau was drafted by the Raiders in the fourth round of the 2019 NFL Draft out of LSU and played 61 games for the franchise.
