The Las Vegas Raiders have a ton of talent on their offense. At the top, wide receiver Davante Adams is among the best players at his position.
Feeding him the football when they can is always the smartest move.
In the first quarter against the Jaguars, Adams caught six passes for 88 yards and a touchdown.
Quarterback Derek Carr has fed him the football, and the offense is motoring down the field.
Josh Jacobs has been the leader of the offense so far this season, but opening up the field with Adams is their bread and butter.
His production makes life on Jacobs a lot easier, too.
After last week, it should be no surprise to see this.
Adams was invisible against the Saints. Accordingly, the Raiders offense got shut out. They were stuck in quicksand, so they needed their star wide receiver to bounce back.
He has done exactly that.
If they want to continue being successful on offense, the connection between Carr and Adams has to be the focal point.
