The Las Vegas Raiders are still trying to figure out the rest of their staff for both the coaching staff and the front office staff.

The coaching staff is close to finished, but there are a few more positions in the front office that can be filled. One of those is an assistant to the GM role, which they recently tried to fill.

According to Ryan Dunleavy, the Raiders went after the New York Giants assistant to the GM, Jessie Armstead. However, they failed to get him.

Dunleavy tweeted that the two Giants LB greats, Armstead and Pierce, are very close to one another, but Armstead has decided to stay under contract in New York.

The Raiders failed to grab him.
