The Las Vegas Raiders released their inactive list before their Week 11 matchup with the Miami Dolphins, and despite one starter being on the list, there weren't really any surprises.
Amari Burney, the rookie linebacker, is inactive and has now had a few games of being inactive. Jaylon Smith, the free agent acquisition from a few weeks ago, is inactive. Brian Hoyer, the initial second-string quarterback, is inactive.
Two other rookies in defensive tackles, Byron Young and Nesta Jade Silvera are both inactive and have been the last few weeks. Kolton Miller, who missed last week, and is one of the best left tackles in the league, is also out.
There is one surprising name because he has not been inactive yet this year, and that would be center Hroniss Grasu.
