The Las Vegas Raiders did not really get any surprises before kickoff when the inactives came out for their game against the Kansas City Chiefs.
However, the Raiders are going to be without their star running back, Josh Jacobs, on the day, as he has now missed the last two games. But, that wasn't as much of a surprise when the inactives came out, as it was revealed hours before that Jacobs wouldn't suit up.
As for the rest of the inactive, they are about what you would expect and pretty much the same as they are every week. Here are the Raiders inactives:

- OT Brandon Parker
- TE Jesper Horsted
- TE Michael Mayer
- DT Byron Young

Here are the Chiefs inactives, as they will be without two starters:
