Las Vegas Raiders cornerback Jack Jones was fined $5,472 on Saturday for his unsportsmanlike conduct in the first quarter of Sunday's 34-18 loss against the Denver Broncos.

This isn't the first time that Jones  has been fined this season. Stemming from a week one fight when the Raiders played the Los Angeles Chargers, Jones was also fined $5,472 for his involvement in that scuffle.

Getting a fine for unsportsmanlike conduct isn't going to go over well with the Raiders' coaching staff. After their embarrassing loss to the Carolina Panthers, there was a players-only meeting after head coach Antonio Piercde called out some of his players for making "business decisions."

The Raiders, after the embarrassing loss to the Panthers, held a team meeting on Monday. This is where Antonio Pierce talked about the business decisions they made last game. This is where he talked to the players about that, and then they all talked together and discussed some things with one another.

Jones was one of the players grouped into the accusations by Pierce and he responded in kind.

This isn't a great look for Jones where he is already in a tumultuous place with the organization.
