The Las Vegas Raiders made a huge signing this offseason, picking up former New England Patriots receiver Jakobi Mmeyers. Luckily, while everyone made fun of the signing because of the Patriots ties, it is working out.

The Raiders now have two guys that can go and get the ball, and also have great route running in Meyers and Davante Adams. They have weapons, and Meyers is one of the better ones on the team. On Sunday, he scored against his former team.

The touchdown saw him find the inside from a Jimmy Garoppolo pass that was placed perfectly. Both players made great plays to put the Raiders up ten on the day.

But more importantly, that play put Meyers in the history books.

According to the Raiders PR team on Twitter, "WR Jakobi Meyers has now surpassed Danny Amendola (261) for the fifth most receptions in NFL history by an undrafted player in his first 65 career games."

Amendola was great for the Patriots in New England, and the two even played together. More importantly, Meyers did it against his former team, which is beyond cool to see. Meyers is continuing to prove the doubters and haters wrong.
