The Las Vegas Raiders announced on Friday that they are making and doing a partnership with something that will only attract more fans.
Being in Las Vegas has its pros and cons for the Raiders. Not everyone in that city loves football. Not everyone is a football fan. There are other sports going on, though, and other entertainment events that are bringing foreigners to the city. That helps the Raiders.
They are going to take advantage of that in a few weeks.
The Raiders tweeted on Friday that they are partnering with the Las Vegas Grand Prix, the race in Las Vegas that is hosted by Formula One. They are bringing together the fan experience of both sports, and that's going to only help both sports.
There are F1 fans who may not be football fans who can see the Raiders organization and fall in love. And, that can happen with Raiders fans who aren't F1 fans.
This is going to be huge for the franchise. To find out more details about what they will be doing, you can click the tweet below and the link attached.
To make things even better, this race in Las Vegas on November 24 is one that could bring in a ton of fans, because the race for the World Drivers Championship between Max Verstappen and Lando Norris is really heating up. For now, the Raiders are focused on the Kansas City Chiefs for Sunday.
Business owners in the city of Las Vegas want to shut down an event that is great for the Raiders
The event does have an impact on the Raiders.
