For over a year now, the fans of the Las Vegas Raiders have been asking for owner Mark Davis to fire coach Josh McDaniels, and rightfully so.

The Raiders have yet to be successful under Josh McDaniels. All of the fan base wants him gone. There is no secret about that, as any fan will let you know their thoughts on it. He is 9-15 as a Raiders head coach and 20-32 overall as a head coach.

Considering the team hasn't won anything important under him, the players would want him gone, too. And maybe some do. However, there is one who doesn't want him gone.

But the fans certainly do. They are tired of being bad or even mediocre, considering the franchise hasn't won a playoff game in over 20 years. Just how long will that continue? That streak may continue because it seems like as long as McDaniels is the coach.

Fans have been heckling owner Mark Davis at games and even at the Las Vegas Aces championship parade. So, what is he saying now about the situation?

"We're trying to win," Mark Davis told The Athletic's Dianna Russini last week.

Well, sir, it certainly doesn't seem that way. This team hasn't won in a while, and it certainly doesn't feel like they will anytime soon.
