The Las Vegas Raiders are searching for a new head coach to lead their squad in 2024 and beyond. That guy could very well be Antonio Pierce, the interim head coach in 2023, or it could even be John Harbaugh.

With all of the rumors that the Raiders have had this offseason regarding the coaching staff hires and interviews, as well as the GM interviews, there has been another rumor floating around out there. Still, it really started to heat up on Saturday.

Several insiders and reporters reported that Maxx Crosby could request a trade if the Raiders didn't bring back Pierce. At first, that just seems like something he wouldn't do.

But, not long after the report broke, Crosby went live on his podcast to address the rumor.

"I want to be a Raider … but if we go in a different direction, there is nothing that is off the table," Crosby said.

That is definitely not what Raiders fans want to hear; however, I'm sure Mark Davis has already been informed of that. It's not hard to understand why Crosby feels that way. He has had four coaches and three GMs in five years. He wants consistency.

Maybe his voicing this will make the Raiders speed up the process.
