The Las Vegas Raiders are currently in somewhat of an ultimatum with their best player, Maxx Crosby.

Crosby wants Antonio Pierce hired, as does every player in the locker room. He gave the team an ultimatum: if they hired someone else and started over, nothing was off the table for him, including a trade. He went on his podcast and even doubled down on it.

The Raiders have still yet to have any interviews for their head coaching position. Meanwhile, also on The Rush with Maxx Crosby, he revealed that he would be a bit busy this offseason rehabbing some of his injuries.

Crosby stated that he also played through a torn ligament in his thumb, along with the gruesome knee injury, and said that he would indeed need surgery on both.

Knowing Crosby as we do, he will attack the rehab part of his surgeries and injuries harder than anyone possibly can. Crosby had a career season in 2023, where he finished with 14.5 sacks and was in the Defensive Player of the Year conversation for much of the season. He did all of that on the injuries he was playing with. He will be back to the beast he is next season. However, now the question stands: will it be in silver and black?
