This season has been tough for Raiders fans, and I get that. So, there has been plenty to complain about, no doubt. But for the complaints to be about the best player on the team is just crazy, just because his stats haven't been doing great.

So against the Kansas City Chiefs on Black Friday, he showed the entire NFL, and world of course, that he is still the guy. He did so by breaking, setting, and tying all sorts of NFL and franchise records. Here is everything the Raiders PR team tweeted out about Crosby during the game:

DE Maxx Crosby now has 15 tackles for loss on the season. Crosby is currently the only player in the NFL so far to record 15+ tackles for loss in each of the last three seasons. DE Maxx Crosby now has 103 career tackles for loss, passing Von Miller (102) for the third most tackles for loss in the NFL since 1999 by a player in his first 94 career games – only trailing J.J. Watt (144) and Aaron Donald (117). DE Maxx Crosby now has 59.5 sacks over his 94 career games. The only Raider (since 1982) to have at least 59.0 sacks in as few games is Greg Townsend Sr. (92 games). Howie Long is the third-fastest Raider to do so at 118 games.

The Raiders almost beat the Chiefs on Friday, and actually should have. They were in prime position to beat the league's best team, and that's largely because of how Maxx Crosby played on Friday. He had the big-time sacks on Patrick Mahomes and of course the tackles for loss to shut down the run game too.

He had a great game, and just when everyone was saying he hadn't been good, he turned up the heat.

He and the Raiders are set to take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Atlanta Falcons next.
