The Las Vegas Raiders have needs across the board, as we all know. They have needs on defense, and offense, but mostly defense. The needs they have on offense have mostly been addressed already through free agency. That is, besides the few spots on the offensive line that need some work.

Up front in the trenches, they still need offensive line depth, as well as some guards and maybe a center for depth reasons, depending on what they can get and what position Dylan Parham is most comfortable playing.

On the offensive line, we know Parham, Andre James, and Kolton Miller are locks to be on the offensive line. We can assume that Jermaine Eluemunor will be the other tackle, barring something happening in training camp. They need starting-caliber guards.

Luckily for them, one ESPN analyst has the Raiders making the perfect pick in the second round. Here is what Todd McShay had to say about one of the better guards in the entire draft.

McShay's pick: Steve Avila, C/G, TCU

Mel took care of the cornerback need in the first round, so I'm moving on to the offensive line in the second. The Raiders invested in Jimmy Garoppolo and franchise-tagged running back Josh Jacobs, so why not give them both some help on the interior line? Avila could end up being a really good run-blocker in the pros.

The Raiders could be snagging a guy that is ready to start right away and is extremely versatile. He can play either guard position, and he can even play the center position if he needed to. The Raiders like guys like that, which is why they took Parham last year, who played what seemed like every position on the line.

The Raiders signed Jimmy Garoppolo, who is fantastic when he is healthy. He has an issue with getting injured, and bad injuries at that. So, for the Raiders to prepare for that or avoid that easier, they need to beef up the offensive line. As things stand right now, this is the same offensive line that allowed Derek Carr to get sacked six times in Week 1.

If the Raiders don't want Brian Hoyer playing, protect Jimmy G.
