The Las Vegas Raiders still need an offensive coordinator despite having almost everything else in place outside of the offensive side of the ball. However, the offensive side of the ball is the side that needs the most help.

They have interviewed several candidates, and they know the style of football they want to play. However, it's hard when many candidates accept other positions. One of the Raiders' favorite targets just did that, too.

During this hiring process, the Raiders have contacted and interviewed Zac Johnson, the Los Angeles Rams quarterback coach and passing game coordinator. He is becoming somewhat of a hot candidate.

Last season, the Chargers, the team Telesco was the GM for, interviewed Robinson several times. He was their top candidate last season until Kellen Moore became available when the Cowboys let him go.|

According to NFL insider Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, the Atlanta Falcons are hiring Robinson as their offensive coordinator, as he will work alongside his former co-worker Raheem Morris.

It was a whirlwind of a day for Robinson on Saturday when he was hired, as he and his wife also welcomed a baby into the world. The Raiders now have to continue their search for the offensive playcaller in 2024.
