The Las Vegas Raiders are right back in their big injury phase, as several key players are set to be out for their Week 14 matchup against another pirate team, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Raiders really need to lose this game to continue their quest for the No. 1 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.

These injuries aren't huge. They give the Raiders an opportunity to see what they have in some of their young guys who were either drafted late or undrafted. They can take a better look at their practice squad now, and that's what they are doing.

Zamir White and Alexander Mattison have been out the last few games, leaving practice squad player Sincere McCormick to get a bulk of the carries against both the Denver Broncos and the Kansas City Chiefs. Since then, McCormick was signed to the active roster, but he's spent the entire season on the practice squad.

According to Sunday's inactives list, the Raiders will be without Mattison and White again, so it's McCormick's time to shine again.

The other inactives for the Raiders include Nate Hobbs, Cody Whitehair, Justin Shorter, and Janarius Robinson.

The Raiders will play the Atlanta Falcons after this week.
