There won't be any big team award the Las Vegas Raiders win in 2024, even after their two-game win streak against the Jacksonville Jaguars and the New Orleans Saints. With a game against the Los Angeles Chargers left, they have a chance to get to five wins. But, overall, they have been an awful team this year.

But one thing they do have a shot at winning is the Offensive Rookie of the Year Award. Brock Bowers is the best rookie in the league, and he's coming for the award.

During his first season in the NFL, Brock Bowers has shattered multiple rookie records. He broke the record for the most receptions by a rookie tight end, exceeding Sam LaPorta's 86 catches with 87 of his own. Bowers also surpassed a long-standing record by outdoing Mike Ditka's 1,076 receiving yards from 1961 with 1,144 yards.

He set a new Raiders franchise record with 108 receptions, beating Darren Waller's 107. Additionally, Bowers made history as the first rookie tight end to achieve over 1,000 receiving yards and 100 receptions, demonstrating his extraordinary skill and influence on the game.

He's been on another level this year, as a rookie, in a bad offense, with three different quarterbacks, and facing defenses that are primarily gameplanning to stop him. He's as the kids say, built different.

But, the Raiders know how the voters are, and they want to push their agenda — Bowers for OROTY. And with a few rookie quarterbacks having played well this year, there is certainly a chance that Bowers could not win the award.

So, the Raiders made some apparel.

They are going to push this as hard as they can because, let's be honest, no one deserves this award more than Bowers, even if he is on a losing team.
