The Las Vegas Raiders just got some great news about one of their best players. They hadn't heard this news in over a month, but it is a welcome report for the Raiders.
Star running back Josh Jacobs is officially off the injury report.
Jacobs had dealt with multiple injuries over the last handful of weeks. Those included hand and calf injuries over the past couple of weeks. He seems to be fully cleared from those now, though.
Jacobs has been playing through injuries and still producing for the Raiders. You cannot doubt the guy's determination and commitment to his team whatsoever. He's battled consistently.
Jacobs has been the work horse running back for the Raiders this year.
Accordingly, he's been one of the best running backs in the entire NFL this season. Jacobs has 1,495 rushing yards to go along with 11 rushing touchdowns. That's 106.8 yards per game on the ground.
Through the air, Jacobs has caught 46 passes for 363 yards. He's fumbled just three times, losing just one of those.
Jacobs has been the model of consistency for the Raiders this season, and he's finally off the injury report for the first time in a long while.
