The Los Angeles Rams have been one of the most successful franchises in the NFL over the last several years. Aside from an injury-riddled 2022, head coach Sean McVay has had a winning record every season and has taken the Rams to two Super Bowls and six playoff appearances in his eight seasons leading the team.

It’s safe to say that the team knows what talent and success look like at this point, and they are as excited about the 2025 squad as any they have ever had.

However, one Rams executive took the excitement to a whole other level in a recent quote.

The Best Los Angeles Rams Team Ever

In an interview with Good Morning Football, Rams team president Kevin Demoff made a bold claim about the 2025 Los Angeles Rams.

“I think this is the most talented team we’ve had since we’ve been in Los Angeles. I think that’s what’s exciting from a true perspective as a Rams fan. We have the addition of Davante Adams. It’s sad to lose someone like Cooper Kupp, who brought us so many memories across the street and across the board, but you add someone like a Davante Adams, you have the reigning Defensive Rookie of the Year, who’s been unstoppable in training camp. Matthew coming back. You know, Kyren. It’s an interesting team because we’re one of the three or four youngest teams in the league, but we’re returning almost all of our starters. So, it’s a young, ascending team with great camaraderie and chemistry. This is the most connected team and most talented team we’ve had in Los Angeles.”

Considering the Rams have made it to two Super Bowls while in Los Angeles, it’s an eyebrow-raising claim to make. However, Demoff has a point. Stafford is still one of the elite quarterbacks in the league, they added Davante Adams to solve the biggest weakness of their wide receiver room, the defensive line is one of the best in the league, and they return a ton of production on both sides of the ball.

While the 2018 and 2021 Super Bowl teams were undoubtedly talented, they all bear a lot of similarities to this current Rams team.

It’s not crazy to envision this team being a true Super Bowl contender this season. They were inches away from knocking the Super Bowl Champion Eagles out of the playoffs, and they only got better.

Naturally, health will matter, but the Rams are set for another Super Bowl run.
