The interest in Los Angeles Rams defensive coordinator Raheem Morris only grows.
Morris is set to hold a virtual interview with the Carolina Panthers on Wednesday, NFL insider Ian Rapoport reported Tuesday.
Morris has also drawn interest from the Atlanta Falcons, Seattle Seahawks and Los Angeles Chargers.
At 47 years old, Morris is an interesting case study of a coach who had an opportunity to be the Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach from 2009 through 2011.
He didn't find much success for Tampa Bay, but several in the NFL community billed it to the roster not having much talent on it.
Since then, Morris has rehabilitated his image on the Sean McVay coaching staff.
He joined the Rams as a defensive coordinator in 2021. He helped build a Super Bowl-caliber defense and now he has an opportunity to be the next head coach of a franchise come the 2024 season.
