Tyreek Hill was not about to let anybody come after his quarterback.

The Miami Dolphins put on a dominating performance on Sunday, defeating the Washington Commanders 45-15. And the connection between Tua Tagovailoa and Hill was on full display.

In the second quarter, Tagovailoa connected with Hill for a 60-yard catch and run touchdown.

However, despite the success, one commentator on X, formerly known as Twitter, commented on the throw made by Tagovailoa. Hill wasn't having any of it.

Hill responded to the tweet, writing, "Bad take I ran my route wrong Tua threw that ball exactly where I was suppose to be . He noticed my angle put enough air time on it just to give me time to adjust."

Tagovailoa finished Sunday going 18-for-24, throwing for 280 yards and two touchdowns. As for Hill, he had five receptions for 157 yards and two touchdowns.

It's no secret Tagovailoa has a favorite receiver and Hill is very happy playing with the quarterback.

This connection has the Dolphins at the top of the AFC at the moment and it will be interesting to see them continue into the playoffs.
