The Miami Dolphins have probably experienced a rollercoaster of emotions ever since star cornerback Jalen Ramsey went down with an injury during Thursday's practice.
And Ramsey hasn't made things any better with his latest tweet. He's trying to rally both his teammates and the Dolphins' fanbase by saying things are going to ramp up in mid-November at the earliest, but anyone with any shred of common sense can read between the lines when it comes to his latest tweet.
And sure enough, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport backed this line of thinking literally minutes after Ramsey's tweet:
Go ahead and accept the fact that Ramsey won't be back for a long, long time – in the football world. Sure, a December return is a great thing for a human being, but in terms of "football time", it's an eternity.
Especially for the Dolphins, a team looking to make the best out of what should be a very fun 2023 season.
