The Miami Dolphins won't have any issues in regards to finding a starting quarterback.

While QB Tua Tagovailoa missed a number of games due to extended concussion issues, he still completed his best statistical season to date. Things appear to be looking up for South Beach.

However, much of that may rely on how one of their rival's approach the same position.

I.E. The New York Jets.

Still very early but the Jets have done a fantastic job of team-building the past 2-3 seasons. Adding HC Robert Salah to a team with a revamped offensive line, plenty of offensive weapons, a pass rush and one of the premier secondaries in the NFL.

All that's missing is a quarterback of their own. For now.

Despite having first-round pick Zach Wilson, as well as surprise upgrade Mike White, the Jets are looking for a real upgrade. And doing their due diligence.

Meeting with Las Vegas Raiders QB Derek Carr, reportedly showing secondary interests in both Ryan Tannehill and Jimmy Garoppolo, having light ties to Lamar Jackson and showing the most clear and obvious interest in Aaron Rodgers.

Any of whom would be an upgrade and a headache for the Dolphins.

The one edge the Miami Dolphins had over the uprising Jets is the QB position.

If and when the Jets get their hands on one of these quarterbacks under one of the offenses on the rise will put them on notice. Making life even harder for the Dolphins in the already tough AFC East.
