The Miami Dolphins get their 2024 season underway on Sunday afternoon against the Jacksonville Jaguars at Hard Rock Stadium. The Dolphins will be looking for their fourth straight season-opening win.
The matchup is a tale of two teams looking to get back on the right foot quickly after massively disappointing endings to their respective seasons. The Dolphins faltered down the stretch, blowing a five-game division lead to the Buffalo Bills after losing to the latter in Week 18 21-14. The Jaguars missed out on the playoffs after dropping five of their last six games, including a Week 18 loss to Tennessee 28-20.
The game will, of course, be shown in the Dolphins' regular local markets. However, for Dolphins fans across the Southeast hoping to see the game on local TV, chances are you're in luck. Per 506Sports.com, the game will be shown throughout Florida and parts of Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, and the Carolinas.

Many Dolphins fans will likely be pleased with the broadcast team, as Kevin Harlan and Trent Green will be on the call. Harlan has been seen as a bit of a good luck charm for Miami, as the team is a perfect 7-0 in games he's called, per the Miami Herald.
Regardless, Miami's extended and explosive offense will get a chance to get back on the field and work to wash the bad taste from 2023 out of their mouths when toe meets leather at 1:00 pm ET on Sunday afternoon in South Florida.
