Joshua Dobbs continues to be everything the Minnesota Vikings could possibly hope for.
After being traded for just 20 days ago, Dobbs has done nothing but impress since being thrust into the starting role. That impressive streak has continued on Sunday Night Football.
In the 2nd quarter, Dobbs made exactly the type of play we've become accustomed to seeing from the quarterback.
To start the 2nd quarter, the Vikes were deep in Bronco territory. Dobbs scrambled out to his right and looked like he was going to be taken down for a loss.
Instead, the QB stayed on his feet, and stayed in bounds, and found an open Josh Oliver in the end zone before being blasted by two Bronco defenders.
The score gave the Vikings a 7-3 lead. That play showcased the unique ability that Dobbs has to keep plays alive.
Halfway through the 3rd quarter, Dobbs has 146 passing yards and 15 rushing yards and 2 total touchdowns.
