The Minnesota Vikings were relatively healthy heading into a Week 6 matchup with the Chicago Bears. Other than star receiver Justin Jefferson going on injured reserve, the team did not have many lingering injury issues.

However, that may not be the case this week. Edge rusher Marcus Davenport had to be carted to the locker room in Week 6. Starting guard Ezra Cleveland also left the game and missed the team's last two offensive possessions.

After the game, O'Connell provided a brief update on the players.

Per O'Connell, the injury Davenport sustained is to the opposite ankle he injured earlier this year. While it didn't look good, it's at least encouraging that this is not an aggravation of the same injury.

As per Cleveland, O'Connell described it as a mid-foot injury that will "have to be evaluated further."

The players will have an extra day of rest thanks to the team playing on Monday Night Football in Week 7.

If Davenport can't go, expect to see DJ Wonnum getting considerable playing time once again. If Cleveland can't go, veteran guard Dalton Risner will get his first start as a Viking.
