When the Minnesota Vikings initially released their training camp schedule, they had eight public practices on the schedule, including a night practice on August 5th.

The team made a drastic change to their schedule on Sunday afternoon by canceling the night practice on August 5th and moving it to Monday, August 12th due to inclement weather

This is big news, as the night practice is usually one of the highlights of training camp. It allows the fans to see the Vikings at the stadium at TCO Performance Center. You get to see more fan friendly drills and a lot of 11-on-11 and 7-on-7 drills.

The inclement weather, which looks to have thunderstorms in the forecast, has prompted the change. Fans will still get an opportunity to go to practice, as the following Monday will be the new date for the same practice.

Fans will be able to ask for a refund if they cannot attend practice on the new date.
