Fresh off their latest loss, the Minnesota Vikings (10-3) are still only one win away from winning the NFC North for the 21st time in franchise history.

Even though the Vikings left Ford Field without a win, their superstar receiver did accomplish a personal mission. Setting a Vikings record with 11 catches and 223 yards. Surpassing Sammy White (210) as the previous record holder.

Now 99 catches for 1500 yards and six touchdowns, Jefferson is on-pace for even more all-time NFL marks.

His 7.6 receptions per game likely won't be enough to pass Michael Thomas (149) for most receptions in a single season. However, his 115.4 yards per game just might be enough.

At the moment, the most receiving yards in a single season belongs to Hall of Famer Calvin Johnson with 1,964. A mark he has owned since 2012.

The Minnesota Vikings playmaker need 465 yards to pass Johnson. At his current pace, he would finish just shy at 1,962 yards. The good news is Jefferson has met or exceeded his yardage average seven times in 13 games this season!

Better news is the Vikings play defenses allowing over 2,000 yards against the pass this season.

If Jefferson continues his dominance for the next four games, Jefferson's season that is already filled with records, will continue to highlight him as one of, if not THE, best wide receiver in the game.
