The Minnesota Vikings are dealing with the injury bug once again as wide receiver Justin Jefferson, edge rusher Dallas Turner and Andrew Van Ginkel all did not practice with wide receiver Jordan Addison working on the side and right tackle Brian O'Neill riding an exercise bike.
Jefferson did participate in a walkthrough earlier on Wednesday so he's still participating somewhat. Head coach Kevin O'Connell said that he will be day-to-day. The same goes for Addison, as he heals from his ankle injury.
Turner was labeled as day-to-day after Sunday's game by O'Connell and seeing his status throughout the week will be pivotal for his status. Nothing to be concerned with at this point, but it's something to monitor.
O'Neill and Van Ginkel both missed practice time last week. O'Neill was dealing with an elbow injury, which could potentially explain why he was on the exercise bike. Van Ginkel is likely to continue resting throughout the season after suffering a Lisfranc injury in 2023.
Throughout the week, we will find out more about their statuses ahead of Sunday's game against the Houston Texans.
