The 2-4 Minnesota Vikings and 5-1 San Francisco 49ers are set to face off on Monday Night Football.
The Vikings are looking to stay alive in the NFC North, while the Niners are looking to cement their status among the NFC's elite.
Check below to see who will be unavailable for each team.
49ers Inactives:
- QB Brandon Allen
- RB Tyrion Davis-Price
- DL Kalia Davis
- LB Jalen Graham
- TE Brayden Willis
- WR Deebo Samuel
- T Trent Williams
Samuel and Williams are both some of the best at their positions, so both will be a big loss. It will be interesting to see if Danielle Hunter can take advantage of Williams' absence.
Samuel being inactive gives the Niners' elite offense one less option.
Vikings Inactives:
- S Lewis Cine
- CB NaJee Thompson
- TE Nick Muse
- OLB Andre Carter II
- G Ezra Cleveland
- T Hakeem Adeniji
Cine, Muse, and Adeniji were inactive in Weeks 5 and 6 as well. The most notable name is Cleveland, who will be missing his first game of the season. In place of Cleveland, the Vikes will bump veteran Dalton Risner up into the starting position.
Akayleb Evans and Jalen Nailor are not on the list, so both should suit up on MNF. The Vikes will need all of the help they can get for this matchup.
Kevin O’Connell “optimistic” about key player’s status
The Viking defender would be a big loss for MNF.
