Udinski is just 28 years old but has been viewed as a wunderkind in the coaching ranks. He's been paramount in the development of J.J. McCarthy and Sam Darnold this season. He was also crucial in elevating Kirk Cousins before the 2024 season.

Udinski is viewed incredibly highly inside the building an has been on the fast track toward being a quarterbacks coach or offensive coordinator by the age of 30. With quarterbacks coach Josh McCown getting interviews, he could end up getting a head coaching opportunity or go with Brian Flores, who is also getting opportunities.

The Seahawks fired Ryan Grubb after a very up-and-down season as the offensive coordinator. He was excellent working with Kalen DeBoer at Washington where the pair led the Huskies to the National Championship Game.

If McCown and Udinski end up leaving, that will create a major hole in the offensive staff.
