The Minnesota Vikings continue to have serious turnover problems. Kirk Cousins threw two interceptions in the first half, with one resulting in a 99-yard defensive TD for the Panthers.

Late in the third quarter, the Vikes were down 13-7 and desperately needing some positive momentum. When the offense couldn't deliver, the defense did.

Harrison Smith forced a fumble by Bryce Young and DJ Wonnum was there to scoop up the ball and rumble all the way to the end zone.

Wonnum rumbled 51 yards to the end zone to put the Vikes up by a point.

The defensive touchdown seemed to amplify the Vikes, as the offense quickly got the ball back and added seven more with Justin Jefferson's second score of the day.

Midway through the fourth quarter, the Vikings have a 21-13 lead over the Panthers.

After getting gashed against the Chargers, the Vikings' pass defense has bounced back nicely. The rookie Young has just 162 passing yards and has been sacked three times.

On offense, the Vikings could easily have a larger lead if not for the two turnovers. The red zone problems continue to appear, and that is something that needs to be fixed soon.

Be sure to tune back in as the Vikings try to hold on for their first win of the season.
