There are plenty of aspects in Justin Jefferson’s game that have landed him at the center of the conversation for the best receiver in football.

Jefferson is known to make jaw-dropping catches in high-leverage scenarios on a routine basis for the Vikings. His route-running abilities will be taught on film for years to come.

However, there is one trait Jefferson possesses that is often overlooked: his durability is second to none.

Jefferson is one of just two No. 1 receivers to have played in every single game since the 2020 season began. The other player is Seahawks WR D.K. Metcalf, who has transformed the perception of what a top -flight receiver can look like with his superhero physique.

Many great receivers in the league are capable of having record-setting seasons like Jefferson did over this past year. But almost nobody can post production like Jefferson while staying healthy throughout the campaign.

The best ability is availability and, when paired with generational talent, is why Jefferson is soon to set the record for the most lucrative contract extension ever signed by a wide receiver.
