The Minnesota Vikings have been really good thus far against the San Francisco 49ers, including an impressive 97-yard touchdown from Sam Darnold to Justin Jefferson in the second quarter.

That catch was a record-setter for Jefferson. He tied Pro Football Hall of Famer Lance Allworth as the fastest player to reach 6,000 receiving yards in just 62 games.

Coming into the game, Jefferson needed just 42 yards to reach that milestone and he got it on that one reception. It was a very nice play design as Jefferson ran a deep post with Jalen Nailor running a dig underneath in a dagger concept. San Francisco 49ers safety Ji'Ayir Brown bit on the dig route and that allowed Jefferson to get just enough separation.

Jefferson also becomes the third-fastest player to 400 receptions with just one more in Sunday's game. He caught his 400th reception late in the second quarter to get a first down.

The Vikings lead the 49ers 10-7.
