It's a big deal that the Vikings decided to not have Ingram dress for Sunday's game. He had started the first 41 games he was healthy for but was a backup over the last two. Dalton Risner has replaced him against the Tennessee Titans and has started the last two games, but struggled in both of them.

It's a damning move for Ingram to be a healthy scratch, but all hope for his future might not be lost. The Minnesota Star Tribune's Ben Goessling opined that it could be due to wanting the flexibility of both Dan Feeney and Walter Rouse considering the foot injury Cam Robinson is dealing with.

It's an interesting move that will be worth tracking over the next few weeks to see if it's a one-time thing or a constant.
