One draft prospect that could solve a major problem for Vikings
The Minnesota Vikings are scheduled to meet with one of the draft’s most unique talents who could satisfy a major team need.
The Minnesota Vikings are taking a closer look at one of the NFL Combine’s biggest winners in LSU OL Anthony Bradford.
Bradford stole the show at the combine in Indianapolis. His athleticism and versartility up front has contributed to a top 30 visit he has scheduled with the Vikings, according to The Draft Network’s Justin Melo.
Bradford primarily started at right guard with LSU, but has starting experience at left tackle and left guard as well. Standing at six-foot-four and 332 lbs, Bradford’s size projects to a starter at the next level.
Minnesota has struggled to get production on the interior of its offensive line. Guards Ezra Cleveland and Ed Ingram haven’t stood out in a positive manner which opens the door to land Bradofrd who can play on both sides of the line.
The Vikings’ draft plan will start to become more clear soon after the NFL’s free agency period officially kicks off on March 15. That being said, Bradford would answer a major offseason question if the Vikings deem him worth of a first-round pick.
