The Minnesota Vikings have released the first injury report of the week for Week 9.

Coming off of three-straight wins, the Vikes are looking to make it four against the Atlanta Falcons. A few notable names appeared on Wednesday's injury report ahead of the matchup.

Brian Asamoah II, Akayleb Evans, KJ Osborn, and Brandon Powell were all limited on Wednesday. Asamoah is dealing with an ankle, Evans a neck, Osborn a chest, and Powell a shoulder.

Chris Reed and Jalen Nailor were both full participants, meaning they will both likely be activated from injured reserve soon.

Dean Lowry was the lone player who missed practice. The veteran defensive lineman is dealing with a groin injury.

All in all, this is not a bad report. Obviously, missing Kirk Cousins for the rest of the season is a huge blow, but the team is relatively healthy otherwise. Nailor and Reed provide depth at key positions if they're available to play.

It will be interesting to watch the reports over the next couple of days. If Powell or Osborn can't go this weekend, Nailor should be able to have a big game. Reed will be needed as a backup now that Ezra Cleveland is in Jacksonville.
