The Los Angeles Chargers and Minnesota Vikings are both teams that have started 0-2 but have high aspirations. On Sunday, one of them will get their first win. However, for the Chargers, a big surprise comes with the early Sunday inactives report.
The Chargers released their inactives, and a healthy J.C. Jackson made the list. The Chargers are paying the former New England Patriots cornerback $82 million to sit out on Sunday.
The rest of the inactives are as follows:
Linebacker Eric Kendricks (hamstring), running back Austin Ekeler (ankle), offensive lineman Brenden Jaimes, offensive lineman Zack Bailey, and defensive lineman Christopher Hinton.
We knew, for the most part, who would be inactive here, but the Jackson one strikes some interest for sure. It's something to monitor after the game.
