3 Bengals players to watch
- QB Mac Jones: This is his opportunity to prove everybody wrong. Jones had a struggling season last year and this is his chance to bounce back. And it all starts on Sunday.
- RB Ezekiel Elliott: While the Patriots signed Elliott prior to the joint practices with the Green Bay Packers, the running back has not had any game expierence so Sunday will be the first glimpse of how he does in the Patriots offense. And with that, it will be interesting to see how Bill O'Brien plans to utilize both Elliott and Rhamondre Stevenson.
- CB Christian Gonzalez : With Jack Jones sidelined, the rookie cornerback is going to get the opportunity to see increased time on the field. And he is starting off the season with a real challenge, having to defend a strong Eagles offense with A.J Brown and DeVonta Smith on the roster.
