Analysis and Opinion

Bell finished the 2023 season at Florida State with 39 receptions for 503 yards and two receptions after having transferred from South Carolina following the 2022 season. 

He ran a 4.61-second 40-dash and had a 35-inch vertical leap and 10-foot, 4-inch broad jump at the NFL Scouting Combine. 

Being a later round pick, he will have to prove himself throughout training camp, so let's see what he can do.
