The New England Patriots wrapped up their 2024 NFL Draft class today with Day 3 coming to an end.

The Patriots walked away with eight new members of the team, addressing numerous needs on offense while also bringing in one new defensive player.

Here is who the Patriots opted to key in on and add to the roster.

Round 1, Pick No. 3: UNC QB Drake Maye

The New England Patriots got their guy with the third overall pick on Thursday night. While there said they were open to trading the pick, none of the offers were big enough, and in the end they knew they wanted Drake Maye to be the next face of the franchise.

Round 2, Pick No. 37: Washington WR Ja'Lynn Polk

After getting the quarterback, the next big need was a wide receiver. And the Patriots picked a quality one in Ja'Lynn Polk. He is versatile, having the ability to play X, Z, or in the slot. And he already has experience working with the Patriots new receivers coach Tyler Hughes, who was a quality control coach at Washington last year.

Round 3, Pick No. 68: Penn State OT Caedan Wallace

While the Patriots big need was a left tackle, they took a right tackle instead. But after speaking with Caedan Wallace and Eliot Wolf, the belief is that he will be able to make the transition to the left side.

Round 4, Pick No. 103: Texas A&M OG Layden Robinson

Mar 3, 2024; Indianapolis, IN, USA; Texas A&M offensive lineman Layden Robinson (OL61) during the 2024 NFL Combine at Lucas Oil Stadium.

To start Day 3, the Patriots took another offensive lineman, but this time it was a guard. However, he made sure to emphasize that he's willing and comfortable to play at other positions. Layden Robinson is a guy who is ready to come in and get to work, which is exactly what New England needs.

Round 4, Pick No. 110: UCF WR Javon Baker

Mar 2, 2024; Indianapolis, IN, USA; Central Florida wide receiver Javon Baker (WO01) during the 2024 NFL Combine at Lucas Oil Stadium.

If the Patriots wanted a hard worker with a lot of confidence, they found their guy in University of Central Florida receiver Javon Baker. This is a guy who thought he should go earlier, so he has a lot to prove. And he wants to do it in New England.

Round 6, Pick No. 180: South Carolina CB Marcellas Dial

Mar 1, 2024; Indianapolis, IN, USA; South Carolina defensive back Marcellas Dial (DB08) works out during the 2024 NFL Combine at Lucas Oil Stadium.

The only defensive player to be taken by the Patriots is Marcellas Dial who will help fill the shoes of Myles Bryant who left in free agency. He is versatile and will be a great addition to the room.

Round 6, Pick No. 193: Tennessee QB Joe Milton III

An unexpected pick for the Patriots by bringing in another quarterback, but it's one that could truly work out for them. Joe Milton has a very impressive arm which will match well with Maye.

Round 7, Pick No. 231: Florida State TE Jaheim Bell

Mar 1, 2024; Indianapolis, IN, USA; Florida State tight end Jaheim Bell (TE03) works out during the 2024 NFL Combine at Lucas Oil Stadium.
