The NFLPA released the 2025 Report Cards for all 32 teams in the National Football Team, and the Patriots were ranked 31st overall. 

What was most interesting was the highest grad received was at head coach for Jerod Mayo, who the Patriots fired after only one season. He received a B+.

According to the report, 93% of Patriots players felt Mayo was efficient with their time and that he was "moderately receptive to locker room feedback on the team’s needs."

As for ownership, Robert Kraft received a D, which put him at 29th out of 32 across the owners in the league. 

The report states that Kraft's "perceived willingness to invest in the facilities is 6.15 out of 10 from the Patriots players." They also felt that he "slightly contributes to a positive team culture," and is "somewhat committed to building a competitive team."

The players also gave the Patriots F's in two categories: weight room and team travel. 

For the weight room, they feel the equipment is "below average, ranking them 32 out of 32 teams." The players also feel that they "do not have enough space to train efficiently."

And then for the plane, "only 39% of players feel they have comfortable amount of space on flights when traveling to games. The plane is dated – it lacks Wi-Fi and still has ashtrays in the seats."
